Collision Damage Waiver

Expand || Collapse
CDW covers damage only to the exterior of the rented vehicle. The collision Damage Coverage offered is not insurance. It is an option that relieves the renter of financial responsibility if the vehicle is damaged while on contract.

When CDW is declined customers will pay full cost of the damages done to the rented vehicle in the event of an accident.

If accepted by the renter and barring any violation of the rental agreements terms and conditions, ICR agrees to waive its right to collect for damages or losses sustained by the vehicle, loss of use of the vehicle and administrative charges in excess of the deposit.

Collision Damage Coverage is void if the vehicle is not returned by the due back date and if the contract is not paid in full at time of return.

This is automatically included in the rental rate. It covers death, injury or hospitalization to the passenger in a vehicle other than the hired vehicle, should an accident occur with our clients.

No Show / Cancellation

Expand || Collapse
Reservations are valid and honored for up to two hours after the requested pick up time. If the vehicle is not picked up within two hours of the requested pick up time the reservation status will be changed to a NO SHOW and a charge will be applied.

Customers should contact ICR if there is need to change the pick up time of requested vehicle to avoid any problems. Any cancellation should be done five (5) days prior to reservation date. Failure to do this will result in rental charge applied.

Extension
